The global fee includes hour-long prenatal sessions in my home office in Harpers Ferry up to 36 weeks gestation and weekly prenatal visits for the remainder of your pregnancy in your home. During this time, we discuss your plans for birth and conduct prenatal education. We strive to give every client as much time as they need to ask questions and get to know us.

We believe that home birth care allows women the best opportunity for freedom of movement and an undisturbed birth. Being at home allows you to make the choices that are best for you. Home birth care generally includes continuous midwifery support from the onset of active labor until the birth of your baby.

We place high value on the first few golden hours of your baby’s life. This is a precious time for families to bond with their baby and we do everything in our power to ensure this time is undisturbed.

Once you have had a chance to bond with your baby, we will conduct a newborn exam. We will continue to provide care for your baby for up to 6 weeks postpartum.

We love water birth! If you do not own a birth tub, we have complete kits available to rent.

Grace has additional training in breech beyond what is necessary for CPMs. She has trained with Dr. Stu Fischbein and Breech Without Borders. Grace is passionate about safe out-of-hospital breech care.
